Goddess Biz Buzz
By · December 3, 2008Even Goddesses take time off and there has been a little time elapsing between posts. Time you could say for allowing the buzz to gather new energy, eating turkey, being with the family and allowing the grey days of winter to consume the desire to push ahead. When the Holiday Season comes, it signals the cellular memory in a way that is very hard to bypass as thoughts of endings and new beginnings seem to be running around.
Endings such as those that you are ready to let go of perhaps and some that you wish you could re-live just one more time. New beginnings seem to be on the horizon as we get the gift of a New Year looming, when you will have already celebrated the Holiday Season and supposedly be ready to START something new.
The Goddess Biz Buzz is getting ready for the Holiday Season in a different way this year…..well some of it is the same and some is different. There is a contrast this year that keeps showing up as a reoccurring theme where something from the past way of doing things, rolls back around as a new thing to do. If you are having this same experience in your business or life, celebrate that there has been a shift or change in your bee-ing which is guiding you to do something differently. For example, one reader shares that they would visit their family every year during the Holiday’s and would end up feeling many unpleasant emotions and even have verbal arguements with the family members. This year they reported a much different experience as they visited their family because something inside of them had shifted which allowed them to just allow things to be as they are and enjoy the time or situation without having to try and FIX it!
Now that you are full on in the middle of the Holiday Season, relax and take time for yourself. Even with all of the pressures you may be feeling right now realize that you will deal with all of it when you have rested and let some steam out of your pressure cooker.
What are some good ideas that you have found to take time during this time of year? We welcome your comments and suggestions in the box below.
